Knowledge & Analysis

The main objectives for the Department of Knowledge & Analysis are the continual mapping of entrepreneurship education in the Danish education system and documenting the impact of entrepreneurship education on students' education and career.

The department's analyses provide important information beneficial for classroom teachers, managements of educational institutions and for future strategies at a political level. The department carries out extensive data collections and serves as an important source of information for educational institutions as well as for authorities in the field of education. The department is also a part of pan-European projects, e.g. the elaboration of entrepreneurship indicators and measurement methods.

The department regularly performs surveys that generate information about students' aspirations and their entrepreneurial behavior and attitudes. The long term prospect for the database is the formation of a unique source for analyzing the impact of entrepreneurship education.

In addition to the projects above, the Department of Knowledge & Analysis strives to remain updated on the latest research in the field and serve as the organization's internal source of knowledge as well as an external center of knowledge.
